What if the life you're living isn't actually yours?

Most of us are sleep-walking through life, making choices based on invisible scripts we didn't write. We follow the "shoulds." We override our inner knowing. We perform the roles we were taught to play. And then we wonder why we feel exhausted, empty, and disconnected from ourselves.

This workshop is your wake-up call.

You're not broken, you've just been living from conditioning so deep you didn't even know it was there. In this intimate 3-week journey, you'll learn to see the patterns keeping you stuck, release the "shoulds" running your life, and reclaim your power to make choices that honor who you actually are.

This isn't about perfection or having all the answers. It's about waking up to your own life and learning to choose consciously, one decision at a time.

What You Will Experience

Week 1: CURIOSITY – Waking Up to Your Conditioning

"Where am I living from 'should' instead of my own truth?"

This week is about seeing clearly, perhaps for the first time…where you've been living on autopilot. Through guided reflection, inquiry practices, and your Simple Shifts card deck, you'll begin to recognize the voices of conditioning and where you've been abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable.

What shifts: The veil lifts. You start recognizing your patterns instead of being trapped inside them.

Week 2: COMMITMENT – Choosing Yourself, Even When It's Hard

"What am I ready to release so I can reclaim my power?"

This week is about conscious release, letting go of what was never yours to carry. We'll explore why releasing conditioning feels scary, work with embodiment practices to reconnect with your body's wisdom, and practice choosing yourself in small, real ways.

What shifts: What would change if you stood in your power? What would open up if you lived from intuitive choice instead of fear? What becomes possible when you trust yourself?

Week 3: CULTIVATION – Creating Your Ritual for Staying Awake

"How do I keep choosing from my truth, every single day?"

This week is about integration, creating a sustainable practice for conscious choice-making that lasts beyond our time together. You'll learn the "Right vs. Easy" practice for daily decision making, create your personal ritual using the card deck, and prepare for the inevitable moments when others push back against your new choices. We'll close with a forgiveness and gratitude ceremony honoring your courage.

What shifts: What becomes available when you create your own method for conscious choice-making? When you know what your power feels like? When you have tools to keep choosing yourself, even when others push back?

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I need to have it all figured out before I join?
No. In fact, confusion is part of the process. If you're feeling stuck, lost, or unclear, that's exactly where this work begins.

What if I can't attend all three sessions live?
Recordings will be available within 24 hours of each session. However, the live experience and group energy is where the deepest transformation happens, so I encourage you to attend live when possible.

When will I receive the card deck?
Your deck will ship within 3 business days of registration and should arrive before our first session. You'll receive tracking information via email.

What if I'm not "spiritual" or don't have experience with ritual?
Perfect. This work is accessible whether you've been on a spiritual path for years or are just starting to explore. The rituals are simple, grounded, and adaptable to your comfort level.

Is this workshop recorded?
Yes, all sessions are recorded for participants only. However, this is a confidential container, what's shared in the group stays in the group.

What if I've tried other programs and nothing has worked?
This isn't about "trying harder" at the same patterns. This is about waking up to WHY you're stuck in the first place, the conditioning underneath the behavior. When you see the pattern clearly, change becomes possible.

I'm not going to pretend I have it all figured out. I'm still waking up, still choosing myself, still noticing moments where conditioning tries to take over. But that's what makes this real, I've been living this work for years. I'm not teaching from theory; I'm sharing what I've actually practiced.

This workshop is born from my own journey of breaking free from "shoulds", in my health, my parenting, my business, my life. It's woven with wisdom from my studies in mindfulness, Peruvian shamanism, integrative nutrition, nervous system repatterning, and Waldorf philosophy, combined with years of personal experimentation and guiding others back to their intuition.
